Chris Farrell is a full-time Broker Associate with nearly a decade of experience helping clients achieve their real estate goals across Lubbock and the surrounding areas. Since launching his career, Chris has been a consistent top 10% producer, earning multiple awards—including recognition for his innovative social media presence.

In addition to serving hundreds of families over the years, Chris has played an active role in shaping the local real estate community. He has served as Vice Chair of the Education Committee, a member of the MLS and Finance Committees, and is currently serving as an elected member of the Lubbock Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors (2024–2025).

Chris’ business is rooted entirely in relationships. He proudly works exclusively with clients through his sphere of influence and referrals, never buying leads. When he isn’t working, Chris is most often with his wife—his best friend of nearly 15 years—and their three beloved rescue dogs. A passionate sports fan, Chris enjoys attending both college and professional games, traveling to concerts, and spending time in the mountains exploring the outdoors.
